President & CEO Norman P. Roberts MSN, CRNA, founded Lullaby Anesthesia Associates, LLC in 2016. Mr. Roberts started his career in healthcare at the age of 18 as a Nursing Tech on an Oncology floor at Abington Memorial Hospital in Abington, Pennsylvania. It was there he found he had an innate desire to care for critically ill patients. Later, he entered Thomas Jefferson University’s College of Allied Health Professions’ School of Nursing (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania), where he earned his Baccalaureate degree in 2005. Immediately upon graduation, Mr. Roberts began working as a Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Northside Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia where he gained a more in depth understanding of the needs of critically ill patients. In 2007, Mr. Roberts left Northside Hospital to continue his NICU career as a travel nurse. He practiced at various facilities across the country until 2009 when he transitioned into a staff role in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Scottish Rite in Atlanta, Georgia. Two years later in 2011, Mr. Roberts entered the University of Miami’s Graduate School of Nurse Anesthesia where he rotated through such level-one trauma centers as Ryder Trauma Center of Jackson Memorial Hospital, Cleveland Clinic (Weston, Florida), and University of Miami Hospital. Norman graduated from the University of Miami in 2013 and was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau Honor’s Society of Nursing. He later went on to Baltimore, Maryland where he practiced as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist at Johns Hopkins University Hospital in the Department of Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine.
